2.1 This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Castle Arts Academy collects and processes your personal data when you enquire about our services or from your use of our website.

This is, of course, your prerogative. However, we do need to collect your personal data to offer our services to you, and without it, we may not be able to provide you with our tutorials or give you access to the range of services available on our website. In this case, you will have limited use of our services.

· Castle Arts Supplies Limited (see below at paragraph 7.4); and
· third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our organisation or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or organisations, or merge with them. If a change happens to Castle Arts Academy, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.

This means that Castle Arts Supplies Limited may advertise certain products and services on our website or through our social media channels which may be of interest to you, to help you on your journey to developing your artistic talent. Such adverts will redirect you to Castle
Arts Supplies Limited’s own website (or linked social media pages) so that you may browse its products and services. Castle Arts Supplies Limited is a separate data controller and by clicking on its external links, your personal data will be processed separately and in accordance with Castle Arts Supplies Limited’s own data protection practices. 8.1 We strive to provide our members with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising.
8.2 Are marketing activities include reaching out to new members using Facebook ads and using our Facebook page and other social media channels.
8.3 We may use personal information of our members to form a view on what we think they may be of interest to them. However, we do not contact you with marketing communications where you have indicated to us that you do not wish us to do this.
8.4 We don’t buy-in marketing lists and won’t ever share your personal data with any company outside of Castle Arts Academy for marketing purposes without your consent.
